  • Image guidance in TACE

Biography

Pierre Ambrosini has done a PhD about image guidance for TACE in the BIGR group and the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He then worked on automatic prostate cancer detection in histology images at the Imaging Physics department of the university of TU Delft and in collaboration with the Pathology department of Erasmus MC. Later he focused on augmented reality for breast cancer surgery with the BIGR group, the Surgery department of Erasmus MC and the Computer Graphics and Visualization department in TU Delft. He is now at the Radiotherapy department of the Netherlands Cancer Institute.
